Why I Built This

I've spent 6 years building
trade businesses — not advising on them.

Along the way I saw the same gap everywhere. Trade businesses are incredible at the work — the builds, the installs, the service. But the operations behind it? Most of the time it's held together with spreadsheets, emails, and hope. And the people running these businesses are paying for it with their evenings, their weekends, and their energy.

I love complex workflows. I love taking a mess of disconnected tools and manual processes and turning them into something that just works. I love the moment a business owner sees their system all come together — everything running smoothly, visibility across their finance, delivery, and sales. Good metrics, good data, and a system the team is actually using and trained up on.

Every engagement follows the same structured process — designed, delivered, maintained. Typical build: 4 weeks from onboarding to first live system, delivered in sprints you can see. 30-minute conversation to understand your business and your pain points. I walk in prepared — I've already read your pre-discovery form before we speak.

Discovery Call
Deeper mapping session — your systems, your team structure, your biggest bottlenecks. I come back with a written read on where you're leaking time, margin, and visibility.

Architecture, Research & Design
Full operational system mapped to your business — process flows, data architecture, integrations, dashboards, AI touchpoints. You see the plan and sign off before we build anything.

Onboarding
Once the architecture's signed off, we kick off. Access setup, team introductions, tooling configured. Your dedicated TradeOps operator joins your team.

Delivery
We build in sprints. Each sprint hits a milestone you can see — cleaner data, a dashboard live, an automation running, a workflow documented. Weekly check-ins.

Handover & QA
A Loom library — every workflow, every role. SOPs documented. QA checks on each component. Your team is trained up and running the system — and when someone joins or leaves, onboarding is smooth because the whole process is documented. Nothing skips a beat.
